@urService does collect certain personal nonpublic information in order to provide you with customized services and suitable products. The better we know you, the better we can tailor our services to meet your needs. We are required to collect certain financial data to transact business effectively. All information provided to @urService will be provided directly by the client through product purchases, fact finders, electronic, and personal communications.

This web site does not collect personally identifying information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it.

Under certain circumstances, @urService may be required or permitted by law to disclose your personal information. @urService will disclose personal information only when necessary to protect our legal rights or to enforce our Terms of Use.

Performance

Subject to the terms of the agreement, @urService will, to the best of its ability, render its services with the highest degree of professionalism, and to utilize its expertise and creative talents in completing such projects. In completing referred projects, @urService agrees to provide its own equipment, tools and other materials at its own expense and shall perform the services necessary to complete all assignments in a timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards, and at an appropriate location, place, and time. @urService in performance of commissioned services may request to be provided, and is entitled the use, without restriction or license, of any and all information currently developed by the requesting party, that relates to the project. Any completed work retains copyright protection until payment in full has been received.

Payments for Direct Purchase or Request for Services

In the instance of direct purchase or request for services, a non-refundable commissioning or retainer fee of $1500.00 (fifteen hundred) USD will be due immediately upon commissioning or tasking with the balance due upon completion of the requested services or products. If products developed or services rendered are less than $1500.00 USD, then the full amount is due immediately upon request for any products or services. All other such fee arrangements must be mutually agreed on beforehand in writing. Unpaid balances over 60 days accrue at 18% late payment fee per month. All payments will be paid by certified bank check, money order or electronic transfer of funds drawn against a United States Bank, any International Bank or wire service doing business with or in the United States.

Refunds

There is a no refund policy applicable to any consultation project or content provision. Our services are immediately consumable and therefore, @urService does not maintain a “trysumer” policy. In the case of purchased third party tangible products, a refund is in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s or distributor’s policy, which may include a restocking or return shipping fee.

Consumers Right to Rescind or Cancel

In accordance with Florida Law under Chapter 2-18, Florida Administrative Code, you may cancel any contract without any penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date of contract, and receive a full refund of all payments made to the seller pursuant to the contract.
